BOOKING PROCEDURE

At Pensiunea Casa Danielescu, rooms can be booked using the following options:

  • Contact from the menu on the website. Please note that by completing the form on the website you are making a booking request, not a confirmed booking. The booking is only confirmed after receiving a response from the guesthouse confirming the availability of the rooms. In some cases, you may be asked to make a payment to confirm your booking.
  • Email the guesthouse directly at contact@casadanielescu.ro
  • Phone or fax at 0758063611, 0253.219.003, fax: 0253.219.004.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After receiving booking confirmation by email or phone message, clients are obliged to check the correctness of the data entered. Modification of a confirmed booking will be accepted subject to availability on the date of the modification notice.

Depending on the period requested, the guesthouse reserves the right to request advances between 20 and 100% of the accommodation value.

Advances will be invoiced, and the booking confirmation in this case will be from the moment the advance is received in the account, cash or card.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), holiday vouchers (UP, ENDERED, PLUXEE TURIST) or bank transfer. Payment for accommodation, if not paid in advance or if there is a remaining balance, as well as for additional services such as meals, conference room, extra services, etc., will be made at check-out at the latest. The guesthouse reserves the right to charge the cost of accommodation at check-in or in full in advance, depending on the written agreement with the client. During holidays, when there are events in the locality or when there are many requests, the guesthouse reserves the right to request full payment in advance.

AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND PENALTY POLICY

Any modification and/or cancellation of service reservations, at the Client’s initiative, must be sent in writing to the email address: contact@casadanielescu.ro or to the phone number 0754 063 611, the modification of services being subject to the prior approval of Casa Danielescu.

The Client can cancel the reservation free of charge more than 15 days before arrival. In this case, the advance payment will be refunded.

If the reservation is canceled 15 days before arrival, 20% of the reservation value will be retained and 100% if the reservation is canceled 3 days before the arrival date.

No-show represents the situation in which the Client, following a confirmed and uncancelled reservation in one of the previously mentioned ways, does not show up at Casa Danielescu on the date for which the reservation was made.

In case of no-show, the amount paid as an advance payment will be retained in full.

In the case of reductions in the stay announced by the Client during the stay, Casa Danielescu reserves the right to retain, as damages, the value of the unconsumed services.

POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children will be charged as adults (regardless of age) at this property from the age of 4. More precisely, there is a charge of 45 lei/night for any person over the age of 4 who stays in addition to the number of standard places in the room and who consumes breakfast.

For children under the age of 11, accommodation is free if they stay in the room with their parents.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed in the rooms of our unit.

RESTAURANT AND BAR SCHEDULE

Breakfast is served daily between 7:30 and 10:30 in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the guesthouse. Breakfast can be continental or buffet, depending on the occupancy of the guesthouse. The restaurant and bar are open daily, as follows:

  • January-April and November-December: 7:30-21:30
  • May-October: 7:30-23:30

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited at our guesthouse.

SECURITY OF GOODS

Our guesthouse has a video surveillance system in public areas. However, the security of personal belongings is entirely the responsibility of the guests. The guesthouse does not assume responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles or their contents while parked in the parking lot. We also do not assume responsibility for objects forgotten, lost or presumed stolen within the guesthouse, conference room or restaurant.

PARKING

Parking for guests is available subject to availability. The guesthouse does not reserve parking spaces and does not charge a fee.

INTERNET

Wireless internet is available throughout the guesthouse and is free of charge, without a password.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in: From 15:00 to 23:00 Check-out: From 07:00 to 12:00
